Payment by bank transfer for residents and non-residents:

Payment by bank transfer for individuals - non-residents:

  • First of all customer have to register on our site www.host.ua, clicking on the "Buy now" or "Order" at the end of the description of your selected tariff plan. During registration, choose from the options of payment "bank transfer" and the selected billing period.
  • After registration to your e-mail, confirmation of registration will be send automaticaly.
  • For receiving invoice please send us by e-mailing to – ik@host.ua, vs@host.ua, Your personal data: Full name, address, tax code (if applicable), phone number, e-mail (if other), MSN (optionaly), Skype(optionaly) and copy of your ID (passport).
  • After receiving all data we will send an invoice to you by e-mail.
  • Please pay invoice, print and sign it, send us scan copy by email to – ik@host.ua, vs@host.ua.

Payment by bank transfer for legal entities - non-residents:

  • First of all customer have to register on our site www.host.ua, clicking on the "Buy now" or "Order" at the end of the description of your selected tariff plan. During registration, choose from the options of payment "bank transfer" and the selected billing period.
  • After registration to your e-mail, confirmation of registration will be send automaticaly.
  • For receiving invoice and statement please provide us by e-mailing to – ik@host.ua, vs@host.ua, copies of following docments: certificate of registration, certificate of the taxpayer and your full details:

    	E-mail:
    	Tax code (if applicable):
    	Additional data if required by your country laws.
    
  • After receiving all data and copies of the documents, we provide customer a copy of the bills to pay by e-mail or fax.
  • After receipt of funds to our bank account, you have the original bills, statement and contracts. These documents are signed bilaterally in our office (Odessa, trans. Mayakovsky, 6), or sent to registered mail of customer.
  • In accordance with paragraph 2.2.9 of the contract of a public offer, signed by you during registration, the Customer shall within five working days sign the documents received and send second copy to us.
  • If the customer has a claim to the services provided, it shall forward its claim in writing to the postal address of the Contractor, or by e-mail: sales@host.ua for a twelve (12) hours of receipt of the statement.

Payment by bank transfer for an individual - resident of Ukraine:

  • First of all customer have to register on our site www.host.ua, clicking on the "Buy now" or "Order" at the end of the description of your selected tariff plan. During registration, choose from the options of payment "bank transfer" and the selected billing period.
  • After registration to your e-mail, confirmation of registration will be send automaticaly.
  • You have to pay amount specified in the letter to our requisites. In the payment details or comments, please specify: payment for hosting services, tariff plan and your login you specified during registration.
  • You can also print out a sample of a payment document: - filling in your data (in red field). In the payment details or comments must be included: payment for hosting services, data plan and your login you specified during registration. With this payment document you can pay for our services in any bank of Ukraine.
  • If customers need the originals: the contract and the Statement - then after registering, please send us an email - ik@host.ua , vs@host.ua , or by fax - (048) 728-21-11, copy of passport and identification code, and your billing data: address, telephone, e-mail.
  • After receipt of funds on our account and all of the data and copies of documents received, you have the original contract and the Statement. These documents are signed bilaterally in our office (Odessa, trans. Mayakovsky, 6), or sent by registered mail to the Customer by mail.
  • In accordance with paragraph 2.2.9 of the contract of a public offer, signed by you during registration, the Customer shall within five working days to sign the documents received and send second copy to us.

Payment by bank transfer for the private entrepreneur and legal entities - residents of Ukraine:

    First of all customer have to register on our site www.host.ua, clicking on the "Buy now" or "Order" at the end of the description of your selected tariff plan. During registration, choose from the options of payment "bank transfer" and the selected billing period.
  • Making writed agreement with private entrepreneur is optional. After registration to your e-mail, confirmation of registration will be send automaticaly.
  • You have to pay amount specified in the letter to our requisites. In the payment details or comments, please specify: payment for hosting services, tariff plan and your login you specified during registration.
  • With all legal entities as well as the PE, which stated their will, contract and statement will be signed in written form. So, after registering, please send us an email - ik@host.ua , vs@host.ua , or by fax - (048) 728-21-11, copies of the following documents for creating invoices and making statements:
